Through the data collection processes of World Health Organization (WHO) and United Nations. They have been following morbidity rates, stillborn rates, AIDS/HIV rates, population growth, and other demographic areas since 1956. Also locally, obesity (or significant gain in weight) can easily be followed through a breakdown of merchandise sales throughout the retail industry. Let’s say a significant percentage of “Big & Tall. or XXXL (triple extra large) clothes is being sold in the past ten years versus what we saw maybe 20 or 30 years ago, is one way of determining or alluding to obesity, without having to access confidential information that’s not free to the general public. There are many other ways to collect credible data. In this way, it doesn’t take an Einstein to figure out obesity.

when fat ppl started sueing in america
…and winning!
it became a worldwide problem when our food chains went to other nations & started making people overseas unhealthy
when it makes US unhealthy, nobody cares
but when adults started eating it for the 1st time &there health went downhill, there was nothing else to blame.

You’ll find some good answers at the World Health Organization website… and no, it’s NOT “America’s Fault!”
